XF 2.1 Thread counter showing 0 result

Hi,

Can anyone help me to sort out the problem to get thread count while I am using this string {$user.thread_count|number} which showing 0 as thread count but showing full list upon clicking on 0

There is no thread_count column available when using stock XF installation.
