I'm not sure what you would call this modification, as I'm not privy to the templates required to achieve it, so I apologize for that.

Would anyone be able to help me obtain this particular style to my board? Preferably without editing core files if possible. Thanks

Can you please share with us a link to the site where you saw this?

It may give people an idea as to exactly what style they are using and maybe even the add-ons they have installed.

Sorry if I was unclear, I have that add-on already. I was talking more about the positioning of username/group/avatar etc. The actual layout of the thread list.
