Like I said a while ago... XenForo will not need luck...nothing is being hidden, there is no veil of secrecy and no one here points fingers to someone else for any possible shortcomings. If the system works the way it should in the United States and both parties exhibit their collective evidence..the truth will be there in front of eyes with no prejudice and from what I have seen with this case...IB already got caught bolstering up false charges and the two motions being dismissed is the proof..regardless what any doc says...I would hope that puts the judge on alert as to the nature of this rancid beast that is just wasting forward movement for everyone including their own customers in a manner that is completely against the logic of this business.

People who use lawyers to pervert the system do not deserve the due process (though I would be no better than them for saying take it from them). It is like the guy from the ghetto on state benefits driving a s600 AMG, rockin a Super Presidential and still acting like the world has done him wrong while they guy who needs the help is just trying to live, barely surviving and keeping a roof over his head...in the end, panning the system like it is a river of gold just makes the drinking water murky.

I would love for people to see the process here in America work the way it should that exemplifies that not all Americans act or think like the scum of IB. I am embarrassed that they are based in my country and am truly happy for a multitude of reasons that these two motions were stricken from totality. 2 down 6 to go. I am not trying to stir things up and usually am very quiet on this matter...but these are the results of me interpreting the facts and I hope I do not offend anyone by my opinins.

To the team @ XF et al, Thank you for dealing with the pandering ways of IB, your stance means more than the fate of Xenforo alone to me and with all that you do here...you have my gratitude and respect for a lifetime regardless the outcome of the case.
