XF 1.3 "the field was not recognized"

We just went live with our forum but no one can sign in. When you try to enter a name it says "the field was not recognized".

We didn't have this issue before but then the forum's url was different. We changed it recently but it's in the same place.

Ideas?

You have some major template issues.

It seems as though your style isn't compatible with XF 1.4.

If this is a custom style or purchased style consult the developer.

But just a few days ago we didn't have any issues. Is it possible that a certain add-on can cause this?
We're using Xenforo 1.3.4 with UI.X 1.4

And just to add that people can sign in with the social accounts.

You need to be using the correct version of UIX for the correct version of XenForo.

So either upgrade to XenForo 1.4 Release Candidate 2 or install UIX version 1.3.4.

Thanks. Is it safe if I just install UI.X 1.3.4? Should I first remove 1.4?

Should I use the option to upgrade (although it's older version) or to set it as new?

When importing a style you have a choice of overwriting an existing style or making it a child of an existing style.

You will want to overwrite it.
