My Questions:

- How to get the API KEY for www.textcaptcha.com ? I dont find a registration Button.
- How can i make the registration Link in the Emails not clickable? I think thats a good AntiSpamBot Solution.

You can now just enter your own value for the key -- they don't require you to explicitly create one. Your domain name would be a reasonable choice.

Making the link in registration emails non-clickable really won't help much with spam. You'd likely get more users with problems. Regardless, it would require an add-on.
