XF 1.5 Test installation can co-exist with actual one ?

I installed XenForo in a sub-folder of my website and did a test data import from vBulletin.

Now, I want to install XenForo (in another folder in the same domain) for actual import.

As I have only 1 license, do I need to delete the earlier XenForo installation before doing fresh installation ?

If so, simply deleting the sub-folder from FTP and deleting that DATABASE will do ? or, anything else need to be done ?

You can only have one active installation and one test installation per license.

The test installation must be password protected and limited to site staff.

If the original installation does not meet those requirements, it must be deleted - deleting the database and files will do it.
