Not a bug Terms of service link missing under tabs and in popup menu

ah, good catch. I don't know if I'd call it a bug though ;P Although it does make me wonder how the menu system works in that regard... if extra links will be manual (template edits) or if it can be achieved another way.

Not every link needs to go there, but it's already at the bottom of the page. I especially don't think the ToS has to be shoved in your face.

I actually think the copyright would be better placed after breadcrumb, and that terms of service/privacy policy/whatever should go next to Contact Us.

Thats just me however.

Curious if the links that are shown in the drop-down are hard-coded or if the links that get presented in the left sidebar are somehow flagged as being also to be shown in the drop-down? (Kind of like 'add a section/item/entry to the left sidebar and flag it to also be in the drop-down'.)
