Two questions.

I added my own terms and service which claims upon registration the user would need to read the TOS. I tried it and it did not show me the TOS? Wouldn't this take place at registration?



Also, how do I add it to my own terms to the help section?

Setting a custom URL there changes the links to point to your terms page rather than the standard one.

So they really do not need to read the Terms to use all features of the site? Just click the check mark on registration I guess.

The check mark is them explicitly saying that they've read the terms. Just because you're showing the text doesn't mean they've read it either.

You're free to modify the template (register_form) to show the terms if you prefer.
