XF 2.0 Template modification of exist template modification

How can I add template modification to exist template modification (from addon)?

Is it possible, or I need to edit addon template?

You need to create a template modification targeting the same template but with a higher execution count. The trouble is XenForo 2 no longer shows you template modifications applies to a template so it is really hard to write a template modification which targets a template modified by another template modification with XF2.
