Fixed Template editor disappears when switching between tabs

This one has been around forever. I should report it even though I mostly use WebDAV now.

To replicate:

1. Create a new template in the Admin CP
2. Give it any name
3. Type: <xen:require css="delete_confirmation.css" />
4. Save the template
5. Switch to the delete_confirmation.css tab
6. Switch back to your template tab

The template editor has now disappeared:

Tracked this down. Looks like we were writing the new template name into the wrong element's attribute.
