TaigaChat Pro - Realtime chat/shoutbox [Deleted]

How can I disable the publication of messages on a new topic, if it is created automatically in the RSS-feed import?
 
Just going to throw this out there, would be cool to see a floating embed version. Basically iframe style floating embed like Spot.IM does.

For some reason I get logged out of the forum automatically the instant I try to click anything after installing Taigachat. As soon as I disable it, I can navigate the forum logged in, but then I reenable Taigachat and I get logged out automatically again... kind of an annoying bug.
 
I'm not sure if speed mode is working or not or if my vps is just bad. But my server load has been at a constant 4+ since i've added taigachat with about 30 people actively chatting and getting messages, it's brought down my vps twice. Is there anything that can be done about this?

This sounds like a misconfiguration - I'm not hugely familiar with Apache but you will likely need to reduce ServerLimit and MaxClients. You could also try disabling KeepAlive (preferably just on /data/taigachat). I would recommend moving to nginx if at all possible

my vps is using Nginx, however my host installed it wrong and they're currently working on it, would that be the cause?
 
Alright so nginx is installed, but httpd is still there (cause of cpanel i'm guessing?) is there a way to force taigachat to use ngingx as it still seems to be using httpd.

Ask your host to ensure that nginx is set to serve static *.html files itself without passing them to apache

Hello,
I apologize for any confusion. On a cPanel based server we are unable to completely remove Apache and replace it with Nginx as the main Apache server. Some things within cPanel will not work properly.

With that said Nginx is set up to serve static html files from cache without passing the request on to Apache so that is already set up. If there are no cached versions of the html page then it will have to ask Apache for it initially and then it will serve it directly from cache without passing it to Apache.

Hello,
i need a webcam stream in this taigachat. But one person make a stream, and all user in the chat can watch this person. Not all user can stream, only one.

When an image is posted, the image is placed in the chat with the bottom aligned with the poster's name, and this is very confusing to the users, as it looks like the image was posted by the previous poster and is hiding the post by the poster of the image.

Is this something I can fix myself?

I have a question.. I am currently using this as a global shoutbox, however my forum subscribers have asked if it was possible to create a private chat room in which would only show up for select usergroups who can chat in it. Also, could I restrict BB Code for them only, rather than globally? I'm just brainstorming some extra things in the shoutbox my subscribers could take advantage of.
 
Could you develop that there is "sound"
There are some other addons that try to add sound to your addon but they do not work properly
