Fixed Tagging selects wrong phrase. Bug ? Expected behaviour ?

I feel that I shouldn't be forced to use the drop down.
I like the suggestions, but I shouldn't have to use the dropdown.

or when my phrase is an exact match to a previously used tag, why didn't it get selected ?

I have to hit the arrow key 5 times to select what I want ?

I see using the comma helps, but I should be able to just hit enter and accomplish the same thing.

If you press enter, it's going to select the currently highlighted result. Pressing comma will accept what you've currently typed.

(The tag editor in XF1 and to a certain extent the auto complete member list works the same way).

Why are the tagging suggestions so bad ?

Surely an algorithm can be developed to select the exact phrase I typed.

The tagging system wasn't doing a prefix check before, which is a regression. I've made it do prioritize prefix matches now.
