Looks like the button on tag_view still isn't reflecting the watch status.

Just to be clear, this isn't urgent 🤣

Toggling the watched state of the tag works, it just doesn't actually show the tag was watched (this was another bug)
 
I have so many tags to merge. It would be great if we could merge via the list page to quick select and then merge via the drop down.

Presumably you mean on the manage tags page /admin.php?tags/ ?
And when you say merge, do you mean set them all as synonyms of one canonical?
 
Just a note that Tag Essentials 2.4+ has been running with ChatGPT auto tagging for a few days, now, and the cost is working out to be less than $2 per month for AVForums.com (a busy forum) and MGEVs.com (not a particularly busy forum) combined.
 
I tested creating some random threads and tags, but I don't see this new feature working as expected.
where Wikipedia does not return a result for a new tag, ChatGPT can be used to get information to populate the tag wiki.

As the new tag still has no description.
 
Works fine for me. It does add an extra 10s or so to the thread creation time, which isn't great. I know that most of that is GPT time, but anything you can do to reduce that like maybe do it as a job every hour?
 
I tried to add a tag that is more times used in the forum and got error:

avForumsTagEss_tags_are_not_permitted_in_this_forum

There is nothing ion the black-list.
