XF 1.4 Tag does not send alert notification

I just realized today that when I post the message in a thread and tagging member such as @herocus
It doesnt give an alert notification to the member...

Did I do something wrong... I did actually just install [bd] tag me, I have set the user permission to allow.
But it still doesnt work

The [bd] Tag Me add-on only extends the tagging functionality to provide user group tagging and email alerts for tags. It should not affect default tag alerts to members in posts.

Note that tag alert notifications aren't sent if you tag yourself or if you edit a post and add a tag to it.
