When I imported a vBulletin forum to XenForo, it created a 60MB archived_import_log table.
    Can I delete this table?

If you are not going to do any form of url redirection then yes you can drop this table otherwise it is needed by the redirection scripts to perform lookups against.

    What Deebs said.

xf_import_log is the default name. But at the end of an import it lets you swap out the name for archived_import_log if you want. This is useful if you run multiple imports on the same database so you can have the id maps for different imports in different tables.
