XF 1.2 Switching to different site question

Greetings,

If you wanted to discontinue Xenforo at one site and restart fresh at a different domain name (site), how does one go about doing this?

Install it at the new site, login to the Customer Area and update your site domain name. Remove access to the old site. Done
