I've got a forum that deals with queries that are often very specific to individual countries. To make it easier for members, it would really help if people chose an appropriate country prefix (if relevant).
Instead of making prefixes compulsory, I added this notice above the new thread editor:
However, very few people pay any attention when creating a thread.
Is there a way to have a radio button selection for the countries listed above the editor, instead of having a dropdown prefix box? I could use some CSS to show flags for the prefixes and it would encourage users to select one then.
I'd prefer to go down that route rather than enforce selecting a prefix (even if I include just a "N/A " one for global queries).
