Lack of interest [Suggestion] Short thread URLs

Why not have built-in short(er) thread URLs for convenience? These could be used on Twitter or anywhere else you want a short link, instead of using a 3rd-party URL shortening service.

Have

http://xenforo.com/community/t/2132

be a 301 redirect to

http://xenforo.com/community/threads/suggestion-short-thread-urls.2132

Probably time to split the thread. The original suggestion is about having short URL functionality built in for all XenForo installations.

Which xenfo.ro is a prime example of, someone could enter their own shorting url, and the system would turn it on .. it's just another example.
