Implemented [Suggestion] Responsive AdminCP

I am always on my phone, some of the tasks (the smaller ones....) take forever to get to and then do what you have to do.

My suggestion is to make the adminCP optionally responsive.

You can style it but not export it if I remember correctly. Gotta enable debug mode to see it.

A responsive AdminCP would really be a great idea.

It'd be best if the Admin CP was made to be responsive to not make entering the Admin CP feel like you're on a completely different site.

Pretty much all web software I have seen has two separate interfaces for the front end and admin CP. I think this is done so that if you mess up the front end while you are customizing your site you can still access the back end.

I believe the ACP interface could be much better if as much thought was put into it [with mobile devices in mind] as the front end.

looks nobody else are interested on ACP responsive.

I think it's a terrific idea, and it would really make my life easier.

On the other hand, thousands of users per day interact with my forums and just a few of us interact with the Admin CP so I'd tend to not want them to prioritize this over other important features...
