Sub task bar not able to load horizontally

Hi,

I am one of the Admin in a community forum. For last few weeks only for my ID the Subtask bar is not able to load properly. Please see the pic below

when not logged. This should be the correct way.

I am not able to figure out what changes did I do to my ID. This is not working in any system system or browser which rule out the possibility JS triggering problem. Since this task bar is not triggered properly, this has cover up the promote thread button also.
Any help to solve this would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, as Shelley said, please get the license owner to add your forum user name so you can post in the customer support forums.
