Fixed Style property value grouping first header missing

It appears the first header of a value group is not being displayed, dropping potential information for no obvious purpose.

This is just a hangover from 2.0 where the separation was actually just a horizontal line rather than any sort of header.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.1.0 Beta 5).

Change log:

Changes to the logic of when the style property value group header is displayed to ensure the first value group heading is displayed. If there are properties that have no grouping, display the traditional hr.formRowSep instead when amongst other properties which are grouped.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
