Style Prop adjust one colour but not the other

I had Style Props @primaryMedium in a bright blue which is fine for links.
But on popups the same colour for background of the title bar looked garish.

(I do find it crazy to have the same css colour control a strong colour point like a text link AND a background!)

So how can I add something to EXTRA.css to control one but not the other?

Need to find the exact selector for the one you want to change. Can you post the URL and point out the piece you want to change?
