Add-on Stripe integration for User Upgrades

I was wondering if anybody out there is interested in creating an add-on to extend the user upgrades to allow for Stripe integration?

I'm willing to part-fund the development.

He's already done some of the legwork with the PayGates add on and added quite a few other payment services already.

As you are using xenreviews, I'd consider the XR Merchant Framework.
