Strange Issues...

I completely wiped my www file and public.html

Dropped all data from the MYSQL, and installed Xenforo Clean after downloding it from the Customer Section. For some reason im getting strange issues.

When i click a setting and click save it dosn't actually save... I have to click it and hit save like 5 - 8 times before it will show that its taken effect.

Changing my Logo takes 4 - 5 min to show up.

Rebuilding the Cache shows data from 1970... Rebuilding... Daily StatisticsOct 26, 1978

Checking the .htaccess file its completely empty... unless im mistaken there should be some data in there.

My URL is Theocraft.org not sure whats wrong but the Forum is Disabled ATM.

First thing you'll want to check is whether your server time is correct. If you can get in there via terminal, try the date command.

It's a new installation? No posts or anything?

The failure to save settings is interesting. It could be server lag at save time. It could also be a cache problem.

I can take a look if you give me FTP and admin access.
