Strange issue while browsing

It seems that various elements I click on open new tabs to some really weird click ads and online dating sites.

It's an issue on my end, but I really don't know what's causing it to happen.

It's happening on my iPad btw.

Any suggestions?

That hasn't seemed to solve the problem.

It is happening on both by computer and iPad now as well.

Sounds like 3rd party redirects. Disable redirects in your browsers' settings.

It happens both on the iPad as pictured above and on the computer.

Not sure how to stop this.

Not sure how it works on Apple but if the browser allows any kind of extension/plug-in I would be checking there- especially if the browsers are synced between mobile and desktop. I know on Chrome there are bad extensions that can cause what you are seeing.
