Fixed Strange code in quick reply

hey i was checking a thread out and my internet went quite slow and for some reason this code was there i found a way to reproduce it mhm you open new thread with timing if u press the stop button on the browser you can see it to
OS:Windows 7 x64
Browser:Firefox 3.6.8

I have also seen a few odd html tags appearing in the quick reply box when waiting for the wysiwyg editor to load.

I think I have a change that reduces the window further, but it's not possible to close it completely. The text area needs to be visible for positioning. This issue is more noticeable in Firefox because of how it caches form elements.
