sticky editor bar ;P

hello,
you know sometimes you are working on a long post....and you need to toggle something on the editor?!?!

what do you do oh no.....you can scroll all the way up dont panic...what a pain tho right? then scroll back down again...then back and forth more times....

i love making nav stuff and tabs n whatever sticky position...but i fail to get this cursed editor bar.....if anyone can do it....that will be a nice trick!
