Fixed "Stay logged in" checkbox is superfluous when creating an account.

I've been through the code and regardless of the state of this checkbox, when a new user registers they are forced to stay logged in (the comments say to make it more user friendly).

I had always assumed, though, that the checkbox actually did something, even if you were registering a new account.

So I'd like to suggest the fix be, either:

• The state of the checkbox is maintained through to registration and be applied to the new user account
• The checkbox to disappear when "No, create an account now" is selected.

I don't necessarily disagree with the original reasoning for it to be hard coded the way it was. So, my preference is probably the latter.

Not sure why I said 'the former' when I went ahead and implemented the latter, but there you go
