XF 1.3 SSL Encryption ISP Issue

Yesterday, I added in the SSL certificate, and some of the users on my site have been getting these kind of issues on basically every browser.

SSL apparently is not configured correctly for/with the certificate.
What HTTP server are you using?
Are you using a panel (like cPanel?)
Have they refreshed their browser cache?

Looks to me like you're using an invalid SSL configuration.

Yes, they've cleared their cache. I bought the certificate from my host which is 1and1. It looks like they're using Geotrust.

I'm assuming the answer is yes, you are using a panel.
Did you follow their instructions for installing the certificate via said panel?

In the 1and1 CP panel, there is no options what so ever regarding the certificate. I will double check regarding the installation.

If it is a current version of cPanel, there should be. This is a screen capture direct from cPanel's support site.

if the host installed the certificate then you need to open a ticket with them and relay that information to them.

Okay. It might just be that people don't have that specific certificate installed.
