Add-on SQL Database Utilities

Some of us do not know SQL.
We need to perform functions in SQL, but cannot do them in PHPSql

A Utility program would be nice to do things like:

1. Merge two sql databases
2. restore information
3. pull out specific data.

There is a merger included, to merge 2 forums together. With regard to adding a restore database function, I do not think that that would be a good idea. It will not work with large backup files. They need to be restored through other means.

What data did you have in mind with number 3 btw?
