How long does it normally take? Been waiting for a while now.
Demo has been upgraded to 1.1.0 (Complete rebuild)
Is there any way to check it out without signing up on the forum? Not that I'm opposed, merely curious.
Whoops.. ya, I just enabled View permissions for guests. In order to create demo events or place wagers, you will have to register.
Hmmm. So you can create any event, and then place any variety, or multiples, of lines on said event?
An event would be like an Baseball game (Braves vs Royals). Then you create Outcomes with payout odds.. ie Braves ML 100/110 Royals ML 100/110 Braves pitch a shutout 5/1 Royals pitch a shutout 10/1 Any player hits for the Cycle 50/1 etc etc etc.. events can have unlimited outcomes. You can edit the ODDs for any outcome at any point as well (as odds do change). members then place wagers on those outcomes and their wagers are locked in on the odds at the time of the wager (so if the placed a $10 wager on Braves ML 100/110), then that is what that wager is locked in on regardless if you change that ML to 100/120. Once the event is complete, you settle the event by checking all outcomes that are to PAY OUT...
So you couldn't setup a bet on a social event, like the MTV Movie Awards for instance? And then run lines on whichever bets the people want to make? The Oscars would be a good example.

I'm getting "Please enter a valid callback method." error when I tried to upgrade with the upgrade installer. Anyone know why?
James
That error means that it can't find the install.php file. Manually upload the files and run the upgrade again.
I did that and now the Sportsbook isn't on my forum. I must have done something wrong.
