When you say 'Newsfeed' are you referring to the 'BottomLine' ticker?

So then, these things will come up in the Recent Activity area? That would be cool because at least people can check that and see what activities are going on with Sportbook instead of just looking for stuff after clicking on the tab. ;-)

Won't be able to get this until JUNE, and I know that each forum member (who has access) will be given a certain amount of virtual cash initially. But 'how can a person earn cash'? Say for example, in the case that they lose all their money in a month from betting? Is there a way to earn, say from making forum posts, commenting and etc.?

You'd have to use a 'points' add-on such as the BD Banking one. Then, based on those earned points, the members can 'wager' on the sportsbook.

Ok, I'm understanding to a point. But wouldn't that mean that I would have to switch over to the BD Banking add-on, as the cash system?
~ That being the case, would my earned cash 'still' show in the profile tab & member card area? Sorry for such specific questions but it helps in determining enough so that my members will want to take part in using it.

Sportsbook has its own internal use CASH system (not a forums point system). When you install it, members start out with $1000. They gain money by placing successful wagers. I've built in what is called "Give to the Poor" which is an automated way to give cash to members that blow it all. The give to the poor amount is admin configurable. CRON is preset to pay out once every 24 hours, but you can change that to what ever you want ie, once a month, once a week etc. I also built in a couple cash management tools so that you can mass reset everyones cash to a specific amount as well as mass award everyone a specific amount. Also you can edit the user and manage that individual users cash amount. All these options are for when you use Sportsbook Cash.
Now, I've also added in (as you seen in the picture) the ability to use 3rd party Cash/Points systems instead of Sportsbook Cash. When you chose to use BD Bank for example, all the "cash management" stuff that I mentioned above has no effect. You need to use BD Banks cash management tools since you are using that Cash system. All Sportsbook does now is uses the "cash field" of BD Bank.
Member Card. If you use BD Bank, the "Sportbook Cash" will display the amount that you have in the BD Bank system. You have the ability to (look at the image you posted) to turn of displaying Sportsbook cash on the member card in cash both systems have a hook that displays cash amounts (some do, some don't) which is why I gave the option to display it or not.
The Profile tab (for sportsbook) displays members Wagers. Doesn't matter what "Cash" system is being used. Cash systems have nothing to do with what is displayed on that tab.

yes, sorry bout that. I always call it "newfeed" because of how its programmed by extending the XenForo_NewsFeedHandler_Abstract. So when you see me say "NewsFeed" that also = Recent Activity
Just hit the Demo site and click on Recent Activity to see all the various types of sportsbook activity.

Yes, that was my fault. I forgot to modify that stats module when I integrated the other cash systems. It will be fixed in the next release to display the proper cash system instead of always showing Sportsbook cash
