playing around with the settings, and i enabled the only show categories with associated.... anyhows, this removed all nodes off my site, so i disabled the option and they are still missing. any ideas ?

The only SB Option that I can find that uses those terms is the "Category List: Categories with Events Only" and that option is for the Sportsbook Category Block on Sportsbook Home and Sportsbook Category pages. Sportsbook Categories have absolutely nothing to do with the XF Node system. That option is only for a specific individual sidebar block as well.

Is there anyway for bookie to reject wagers of a user in a define event? Because our forum is hosting a tournament and bookie don't want competitors place wagers of an event (match) which they are competting.

No. You can suggest it at the support forum if you want tho. Also, if that user is the only one that placed a wager on a specific outcome, the bookie can delete the outcome (which will send the stake back to the user). If its a problem user, then revoke his ability to places wagers in that specific category via Sportsbook Category permissions.

When the Event is in an "Awaiting Settlement" state and you have permission to SETTLE EVENTS, there will be a settle link with the rest of the controls (see screen shot).



the link will launch and overlay in which you can check the outcomes that pay out as well as PUSH any outcomes that you want to return the stakes only for (in the case of a tie for the outcome).
