I understand why you may want that but, personally, I have no interest in reposting a question somewhere else to get what I'm guessing is a simple answer.
First off, Im sorry you feel the way you do and if I came across as crass or snarky, it was not even remotely intended.
I agree with you to a point. If its something extremely minor like answering what phrase name something is, I will probably answer here, but in your case, I need (and still need) more specific details (like for starters, which version of the addon you are using), which is why I asked you to start a detailed support request as this (IMO) is more than just a simple answer.
Also (and this is not towards you personally, but in general), I only provide support to current licensed individuals. I have permissions in place that check to see if you are licensed and current on your support agreement. If you are neither, you don't get support as I do not give support to unlicensed or out of date support agreements.

Again, sorry you feel that way. I'm definitely not asking anyone to "jump through hoops". It takes all of a few seconds to click on the "Ask Questions / Get support link" and log into the support forum (even faster if you have your credentials saved).Asking your customers to jump through hoops (the way it feels) for principles sake just rubs me the wrong way as a service professional.
Which is exactly why they added functionality to the Resource Manager to let developers that have support sites add a nice large button (see above) for people to quickly get to the correct place for support. btw, you should have the support site bookmarked anyway as that is the only way to download versions of the addon.not everyone is going to remember to go to your site especially when theyre getting alerted of responses from you in this thread...
Just a suggestion, but maybe you should simply Unwatch this thread so you don't get pre sales query alerts and instead, watch the Sportsbook forums at the Support site, that way you will get useful alerts like bug reports, suggestions, updates etc. I do that with XenMediaGallery so that I only get the alerts I want and not a bunch of Pre sales questions. again, just a suggestion that works for me.
