XF 2.0 Spike in Spam Registrations

I’m noticing a spike in spam registrations ever since we’ve moved from vBulletin to XenForo. I’ve enabled most of the anti-spam tools available in Admin CP but it doesn’t seem to be of much help. StopForumSpam does filter out certain bots; still we need a better solution. I’d appreciate some support on this matter. Thanks.

In my observations, there is a spike in spam registrations on all forums, vBulletin, Xenforo, and probably on other platforms too.

Set your Xenforo up to send registrations to moderation if they fail at least one of the three SFS checks. In most cases, if it's just member name, you can approve in one click. If it's IP or email, reject registration in one click.
