@interforo is your server based in the US? If not, the results will be poorer than if you tested more locally because of the round-trip time to go from your server location, to the US, and then back again - try testing from a location nearer to your server (Europe perhaps?): https://tools.pingdom.com/

Your forum loads fairly quickly but your Wordpress front-end is a lot slower. Do you have any caching on either the server or WP?
