XF 2.2 Notices seem to cause performance issues.

I've noticed that with notices off, I tend to get better results in webpagetest tests and google pagespeed tests. Cloudflare confirms this... any thing to do other than simply disable notices?

I believe this has been reported before. I believe it is due to notices requiring the jQuery library which, prior to XenForo 2.3, had deferred loading.

If this is the case and the cause of the issue is the deferred loading of jQuery it will likely be fixed in the release of XenForo 2.3 as jQuery is no longer used.
