Implemented Spam Cleaner button on 'Users Awaiting Approval'

A spam cleaner button on 'Users Awaiting Approval' would be pretty useful.
When we encounter an obvious spammer on this page then we still need to open profile, click 'actions', click spam cleaner.
It would save us time to be able to activate the spam cleaner from the 'Users Awaiting Approval' page.

We have set the moderation up so that highly suspect accounts end up there. So we would use this function many times a week.

Technically we already have this in XF2 as the approval queue for users is now part of the same approval queue for other content and spam cleaning is accessible from the user tooltip menu without going to different pages or reloading the page.

So we can call it implemented for now, though there may or may not be further improvements coming in 2.1...
