I found some URLs to update from http to https in XenForo 2.
Really it's not a bug, so you can change them if you consider it appropriate:

The default values use https but older installs which pre-date that will need to update those manually.

Those are options. You just change the value from http to https.

I did a clean install to see if its fixed and found IP information URL still http while Location information URL has https URL.

Default values upon fresh install:

In the English language it is automatic, unless the phrase/template is customized.

In the last case it must be done manually In all custom languages.

You can see all the phrases and templates that need updating in Apperance>Outdated phrases/templates

We don't need to put too much emphasis on these things being "bugs" as such, but as I noted above we've changed the default value for that now. You can just update it to https if you so wish to.
