XF 2.1 Some phrases still in english

Hello, I'm using XF 2.1 with UI.X 2.
I've noticed that even if I've selected italian language and the translation is complete, some phrases are still in english. If I look in the ACP, phrase is translated. But it shows in english in public forum. Why?
