XF 1.5 Some images not displaying to some users...

Ok guys, here's the thread in question:

For some reason, not all of the images display to all users. Instead, they get the "red x" missing image icon.




And to other users, they all display fine. I've run the "Test Image Proxy" on one of the missing images (to some users) and it came back fine.


Any idea what might be going on here?

First thing to do is have those users check their console for any errors (developers console). There will be a reason that the image cant' be displayed shown there.
Are you using a CDN of any type by chance?

I'm on it... And no, just dedicated server.

His error log is empty...

He needs to show ALL errors... at the least it should be a 404 error showing in there.
Needless to say, this needs to be done when the images are not able to be seen.

I have seen similar issues happen when a firewall restricts the concurrent # of connections to one IP.
