XF 1.4 SolveMedia not communicating with xenforo?

I've been holding onto this for quite a while, to see any post-mortem problems arise from the same problem. A user brought this to my attention, but I was not able to reproduce the problem on my end. Some time passed, and I still can't figure out why the user has this problem...

The user said this was a problem while resetting a password, but this might be a widespread problem since it covers registration... SolveMedia was added in 1.4, and I'm currently upgrading to 1.4.4

My hunch is, you have created your API key for SolveMedia with a URL of: www.codforums.com, but from that screenshot it looks like you're accessing it from codforums.com (i.e. no www. prefix).

I've somewhat managed to confirm this.

It doesn't work on the registration form at http://codforums.com/register but it does work at http://www.codforums.com/register.

It's highly recommended to redirect all your visitors to a single form of your URL, e.g. force them all to codforums.com or force them all to www.codforums.com.

You need to take a trip to your .htaccess file and add the redirect which forces all of your traffic to either www or non-www.
