XF 2.0 Solved

Heyo, I checked out this guide on friendly urls but I'm either not understanding the manual or something's going wrong. Anyone care to assist me?

My .htaccess file

I've also tried changing "RewriteBase /xenforo" to "RewriteBase /"

Edit: Solved. I was editing the .txt file and not realizing it. My host had the .htaccess hidden. forgive me for I am dumb
