XF 2.2 [SOLVED] Help with Automated Email Handler

I've created 'bounced' and 'unsubscribe' addresses using my site's domain. What am I supposed to select and put in the settings?

EDIT This problem is resolved. Thanks to @AndyB 's advice, I reconfigured my email options to use XF's default PHP transport method and all tests came back green.
