XF 2.1 Soft 404 for spam tags

Noticed there are a lot of soft 404 errors in our google search console for tags. It looks like majority of these errors are tags for spam phrases like keto. Our keto spam never makes it past the approval queue. Is it being indexed by the sitemap for some time despite never being published to the forum? Anyone else see similar?

I've also see a lot of soft 404 errors pop up in the past few weeks. The ones I am seeing are for tags on content that is not publically available.

Can you post a screen shot? Is it a steady increase as of a certain upgrade?
