Not another accident, but I got to make my second call to 9-1-1 a little while ago.
Coming back to Ellensburg on I-90 West and there was a big tarp in the left lane a little ways before the I-90 and I-82 interchange and overpass before that.
There were no cars to my right, so I was able to get over. As soon as we took the exit, I pulled into a parking lot and called it in.
