I don't know much about this issue, but does this mean that porn sites can no longer be under a dot-com domain?
I guess if they allow current adult sites to continue to operate under .com, .org, .net... then why would such sites migrate to the new suffix (and risk being filtered)?

...it will be easier for Web filtering software to block ".xxx" sites since they are clearly labeled as porn.
