Duplicate Small text bug - failed user imports

The 'failed user imports' section. The joined date seems to miss the month off.

Also, the previous page I've just been on (conflicting email addresses). I was importing 32000 users, so there were one or two.
This means my browser almost crashed when loading the list of conflicting accounts. Could they be paginated perhaps? (If need be, I'll pop that into the minor suggestions forum?)

This is likely related to the people getting a server error when creating a language - the month name is missing in those cases. This is fixed for beta 2 (though a reinstall may help).
