The apostrophe is unnecessary: Enable Members' List

It doesn't appear to be talking about a list that belongs to members, just that it's a general members list, so it should be Enable Members List (or maybe even Enable Member List, I don't know).

It has been changed to Enable Member List in XF 1.4.4. Enable Members List is not incorrect, but one or the other seems more correct than Enable Members' List.
