Fixed small design issue

small design issue, which I actually recognized all the time when accessing XF via my Nokia-mobile-phone.
Now I saw this small issue also on my computer-screen when resizing the browser window.
It shows grey color instead of blue color in the top right corner of the website.

This has been reported before several times.

It happens when the window size is reduced beyond a certain width.

I've discovered a potential workaround for this. Will roll it out and see if it helps.

I've noticed this for a long time but it's quite common on a lot of popular websites so I ignored it. It seems your recent changes may have broken the text area.. Google chrome, mac.

Everything looks fine here. Did you resize the window there? If so, that's just because the RTE doesn't resize dynamically.

Your correct, I run a fixed width style. I checked the behavior and it as the same as on my site and on 1.1 b4 so this is definitely an improvement. It also only occurs if the browser loaded the page when the window was wider than the minimum page width.
